We are seeking a visionary and experienced Operational Director to lead our company's operational strategy, with a strong focus on boosting sales performance and maintaining a healthy franchise network across Indonesia. This role will work closely with the CEO and the senior leadership team to drive business growth, ensure operational excellence, and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement operational center strategies in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Build a comprehensive marketing management support system to drive success.

Business Management:

  • Oversee market promotion, nationwide store operations management, new retail standard output, and e-commerce platform operations.
  • Continuously develop and improve existing operational systems to achieve high-level performance and operational targets.

Sales Data Analysis and Market Promotion:

  • Collect industry dynamics, market capacity data, and competitor information to analyze market demand and trends.
  • Provide data support for company decision-making and manage product planning, packaging, and launch.

Franchise Operations Management:

  • Lead the team to provide franchise services, guide stores to stable operations, and enhance store achievement rates through effective problem-solving.

Department Coordination:

  • Collaborate with sales centers to ensure business and project execution, offering professional advice and support.

Sales Policy and Product Promotion:

  • Organize and communicate sales policies and new product information to ensure effective order completion.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Guide and supervise the preparation of various sales reports and departmental operation reports to support marketing strategy decisions.

External Relationship Building:

  • Establish strong external business relationships to enhance the department's marketing service value and improve customer satisfaction.

Team Development:

  • Build a strong operational team, empower team members, and create a talent pipeline.

Requirements:

  • 30-37 years old
  • Education with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 5 years of experience in store terminal operations or market promotion, with management experience of over 200 stores preferred in the retail industry such as mobile phones and motorcycles.
  • Familiar with the operation and management of direct sales or franchise systems, with the ability to identify store needs and provide professional support.
  • Strong product management perspective with complete product lifecycle management experience, including product launches and packaging.
  • Excellent data analysis, logical reasoning skills, sensitivity to market changes, and project management capabilities.
