Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations day-to-day of the team store, also Drive and maintain all SOPs consistently;
- Evaluate team performance, indentify training, and hiring needs;
- Manage iventory accuracy and loss control;
- Coordinating with Purchase, Production, and Quality Control teams for timely execution for RO, PO, BO, and return;
- Receiving, Checking and entry of supply products received from the supplier;
- Monitoring iventory, stock movement, and ensure VM (Visual Merchandising);
- Analayzing sales data, and implementing sales strategies to maximaize revenue and profits;
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, customer satisfaction, and improvements recommendations.
Qualifications
- Having diploma/ bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Economy Business or other related major;
- Having experience as Store Manager min. 6 years, maximum age 45 y.o
- Proven Retail Industries experience (esp. Supermarket), or FnB;
- Strong leadership, and problem solving skill, and Ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate the team store;
- Having strong store management system to ensures efficiency, cost saving, and timely completion of any project or business;
- Mastering or comprehensive understanding of FIFO/FEFO system, Conduct periodic stock audits, And Strong inventory management and Shrinkage Control;
- Wiling to work under pressure and targeted;
- Capable of operating computer, ERP, ERP Pos, KPI, Inventory Control tools, and experting on Ms. Office inc. Word, Excel, etc.;
