Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s network infrastructure and computer systems.
- Install, configure, and update server and network hardware and software.
- Monitor system and network performance to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
- Provide technical support to users for network, system, and hardware/software issues.
- Maintain network and system security through proper firewall configuration, antivirus setup, and enforcement of IT security policies.
- Manage data backup and recovery systems to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity.
- Document system configurations, network setups, and IT operational procedures in a clear and organized manner.
- Collaborate with the IT team and external vendors/partners for the development and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT network and infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLAN, NAT, and firewall concepts.
- Able to work independently or in a team, with strong discipline and a high sense of responsibility.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including outside regular office hours for maintenance purposes.
- Possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical accuracy skills.
- Proficient in configuring network devices (Mikrotik, Cisco, Fortinet).
- Knowledgeable in routing (Static/BGP) and VPN (IPSec, Site-to-Site) setup.
- Skilled in Linux (Red Hat/CentOS/Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration.
- Familiar with virtualization platforms (Proxmox), as well as storage and backup concepts.
- Understanding of network services such as DNS, DHCP, NTP, and OpenLDAP.
