Job Description

  • Digital Strategy & Omnichannel Growth: Develop and implement an integrated digital strategy covering e-commerce, website, and mobile apps to maximize traffic, conversion, and retention.
  • E-Commerce Performance & Optimization: Manage online stores across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer platforms, optimize product listings, campaigns, and promotions to achieve revenue targets.
  • Website & Mobile App Management: Oversee UX/UI improvements, SEO/SEM, analytics tracking, and conversion funnel optimization across the website and mobile applications.
  • Performance Marketing & Media Buying: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, DSP) focused on driving sales and app installs with measurable ROI.
  • Content, Social Media & CRM Integration: Lead digital content strategy, social media engagement, influencer partnerships, and CRM-based marketing automation for personalized customer journeys.
  • Data & Marketing Analytics: Use analytics dashboards (GA4, Meta, CRM data) to monitor performance, track customer behavior, and refine marketing decisions through actionable insights.
  • Budget Management & ROI Tracking: Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing and e-commerce budgets to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and guide a cross-functional digital team (SEO, ads, design, e-commerce ops) and collaborate with IT, Brand, and Sales for unified execution.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication from a reputable university.
  • 7–10 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms, website performance, and mobile app marketing.
  • Deep understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, and digital analytics tools (GA4, Data Studio, Power BI).
  • Experience integrating CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Odoo, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
