  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the position as Manager HRGA or 3 years as Assistant Manager HRGA
  • Good understanding of Labor Law and Industrial Relations
  • Manage legal documentation such as employment contracts, company licenses, permits (e.g., NIB, AMDAL, IMB), and vendor agreements.
  • Thorough knowledge of Human Resource functions: Recruitment, Performance Management, and Employee Development
  • Familiar with the use of Payroll Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledgeable in the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE/K3) programs within the company.
  • Lead or support internal/external audits related to K3/SMK3, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of company asset management and General Affairs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective and proactive communication skills
  • Fluent in English
