Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced
HRBP Supervisor
who will act as a strategic partner to the Sales Division, providing HR support, guidance, and solutions to drive business performance. This role requires someone who is hands-on, data-driven, and capable of managing high-volume recruitment while maintaining strong stakeholder management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Sales Division to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various sales positions, from staff to managerial levels.
- Collaborate with BPO and headhunter vendors to ensure timely and quality hiring outcomes.
- Lead and execute mass hiring initiatives to meet large manpower requirements.
- Provide consultation to business leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- Ensure HR operations comply with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support employee development and retention strategies within the Sales function.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a fast-paced organization.
- Strong exposure to handling Sales Division or commercial teams.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for various levels, especially within sales functions.
- Experienced in mass hiring and managing a large volume of manpower requests.
- Familiar with collaborating with BPO or headhunter vendors.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Able to join in less than one month.
