Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in organizing events such as exhibitions, workshops, and pop-up activations.

  • Solid business acumen with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical thinker with the capability to transform data into actionable strategies.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in project management with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective offline media strategies to achieve client objectives and maximize brand visibility.
  • Identify and secure cost-efficient media channels through strong negotiation and placement management.
  • Oversee media buying and budgeting processes, ensuring smooth execution and performance tracking with data-driven optimizations.
  • Research and select suitable influencers or agencies that align with client brand values and target audiences.
  • Manage influencer partnerships, including negotiations and contracts, to ensure impactful collaborations.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events, activations, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate event logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution to deliver flawless experiences.
  • Monitor event outcomes and gather insights to continuously improve future initiatives.
  • Leverage analytics tools to measure and optimize the performance of media campaigns, influencer marketing, and events.
