Job Description :
- Developing Job Profile (Job Analysis & Job Descriptions)
- Familiar with the principles of KPI, OKR, and other performance appraisal systems.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on performance evaluation results and organizational development plans.
- Proficient in People Development, including the creation and implementation of Competency Matrix, Competency Gap Analysis, Training Matrix, Silabus, Training Execution, Evaluation, and Reporting.
- Run employee engagement programs (e.g., town hall meetings, employee of the month)
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure new hires align with company culture and operational needs
- Support the onboarding process to help new employees adapt quickly
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related
- Strong Analytical Skills and Program Development experience
- Excellent Communication skills and capabilities in managing teams
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective employee development programs
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
