Job Description :

  • Developing Job Profile (Job Analysis & Job Descriptions)
  • Familiar with the principles of KPI, OKR, and other performance appraisal systems.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on performance evaluation results and organizational development plans.
  • Proficient in People Development, including the creation and implementation of Competency Matrix, Competency Gap Analysis, Training Matrix, Silabus, Training Execution, Evaluation, and Reporting.
  • Run employee engagement programs (e.g., town hall meetings, employee of the month)
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure new hires align with company culture and operational needs
  • Support the onboarding process to help new employees adapt quickly

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Program Development experience
  • Excellent Communication skills and capabilities in managing teams
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective employee development programs
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
