This role focuses on estimating costs and planning the quantity of construction projects, ensuring the accuracy of calculations before the project begins.
Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare project cost estimates (RAB) and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Analyze project documents, technical drawings, and work specifications
- Determine material, labor, and equipment requirements based on project scope
- Provide project implementation time and cost estimates
- Communicate with the technical team to ensure calculation accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum education of D3/S1 in Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction project estimation
- Experience as a construction estimator (must attach portfolio along with CV)
- Proficient in preparing BOQ and reading technical drawings
- Understanding of industrial construction projects such as factories, warehouses, workshops, or mess halls
- Proficient in using estimation software (AutoCAD, MS Excel, etc.)
