  • Develop product packaging designs that are attractive, aligned with brand identity, functional, and compliant with FMCG industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and production teams to ensure packaging design supports marketing strategies and is feasible for mass production.
  • Create mock-ups, technical specifications, and packaging design guidelines for vendors/printers, and ensure print quality meets company standards.
  • Research packaging design trends, new materials, and competitor analysis to develop innovative, cost-efficient, and sustainable packaging solutions.
  • Continuously improve packaging concepts based on consumer insights, market research, and competitor benchmarking to strengthen brand positioning.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV) or related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Packaging Designer in the FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing packaging design concepts end-to-end—from research insights and concept development to final design implementation.
  • Strong ability to analyze market trends and competitor packaging to create innovative and relevant design solutions.
  • Proven capability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards.
