Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated on-site support and troubleshooting for F5 BIG-IP load balancing and application delivery controller (ADC) solutions
- Perform system configuration, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Document technical solutions and share knowledge with the broader IT team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest F5 technology developments and best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an F5 engineer or administrator
- Have knowledge in F5 BIG-IP architecture, LTM, GTM, APM, and other modules
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting F5 load balancing, traffic management, and application delivery solutions
- Experience with scripting and automation tools to enhance F5 deployments
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
