You'll work closely with the Singapore team on real product initiatives, contributing to both day-to- day delivery and long-term experience improvements for customer & distributions digital platforms. We're looking for a versatile UI/UX Designer who enjoys working across the full design process, with a strong emphasis on crafting polished user interfaces. You'll need to leverage the entire UI/UX tools and discipline to help the team tackling difficult question of experience, journey, and interactions with user centric approach.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into practical design solutions.
- Work on end-to-end design delivery, from concept to final assets.
- Design intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces across web and mobile.
- Support UX activities such as wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and intended user interactions.
- Conduct UI quality assurance to validate implementation outcomes.
- Ensure design consistency with shared design libraries and guidelines.
- Design supporting materials to facilitate change management initiatives, including EDMs, training decks, and other communication assets.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in User Experience (UX) Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of UI/UX design experience (preferably in financial services or insurance).
- Must have
strong UI design foundation – typography, layouts, interaction design - Comfortable working across UI, UX, and research (generalist mindset).
- Certification in UX/UI/HCD/XD or related field is highly desired.
- High competency in Figma, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) & Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Bonus if you have experience in
designing microanimations to enhance user interaction and visual feedback
, as well as basic video editing skills for prototyping or promotional content. - Good collaboration skills and communication in
English is a must.
