This is a part-time remote role for a Data Engineering Tutor. The Data Engineering Tutor will be responsible for developing and delivering educational content, creating lesson plans, and providing mentorship to students. The tutor will guide students through data engineering concepts, tools, and best practices, helping them to understand and apply knowledge practically. The tutor will also engage in grading assignments, providing constructive feedback, and supporting students to achieve their academic goals.
Qualifications
- Experience with Data Engineering tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, ETL processes, and Big Data frameworks
- Proficiency in developing and delivering educational content related to data engineering
- Understanding and application of Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, and Data Pipeline concepts
- Ability to create comprehensive lesson plans and provide constructive mentorship and feedback
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the education field, particularly in remote and virtual tutoring, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
