About the role
We are seeking a Pricing Staff to join our team at PT Honour Lane Shipping in South Jakarta. This full-time role will be responsible for pricing and costing our shipping and transportation services to ensure we remain competitive in the market.
What you'll be doing
- Analyse market trends and competitor pricing to determine optimal pricing strategies
- Handle Enquiry from Customer and Agent for rates of ALL Trades
- Updated weekly rates for TP to Working Agent over Internal System
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate pricing information for client proposals
- Monitor and report on pricing performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Maintain and update the company's pricing database and tools
- Provide pricing support and guidance to other departments as needed
- Handle complaint and claim from Customer and Agents
What we're looking for
- Relevant experience in a pricing or costing role within the shipping/transportation industry
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills to identify pricing trends and opportunities
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using pricing and costing software and tools
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as logistics, supply chain or business
