Job Desc
Lead and supervise the QC Collection team to ensure daily activities align with targets and quality standards.
Conduct regular audits of collection data, call recordings, and reports to identify gaps or irregularities.
Ensure all collection practices are ethical, professional, and in line with company and regulatory guidelines.
Provide coaching, feedback, and training to collection staff to improve performance and compliance.
Prepare regular reports on collection quality performance, findings, and corrective actions.
Recommend improvements to collection processes, systems, and customer handling strategies.
Work closely with Collection, Risk, Compliance, and other departments to resolve issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in any field and fluent in english.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in collection or QC/QA functions (supervisory level preferred).
Strong knowledge of collection processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to identify patterns or irregularities.
