Job Desc

  • Lead and supervise the QC Collection team to ensure daily activities align with targets and quality standards.

  • Conduct regular audits of collection data, call recordings, and reports to identify gaps or irregularities.

  • Ensure all collection practices are ethical, professional, and in line with company and regulatory guidelines.

  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to collection staff to improve performance and compliance.

  • Prepare regular reports on collection quality performance, findings, and corrective actions.

  • Recommend improvements to collection processes, systems, and customer handling strategies.

  • Work closely with Collection, Risk, Compliance, and other departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any field and fluent in english.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in collection or QC/QA functions (supervisory level preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of collection processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to identify patterns or irregularities.
