Responsibilities

  • Provide online operations training for the frontline team on social media platform operations, content creation fundamentals, user interaction tips, data analysis, etc.

  • Develop, optimize, and iterate the curriculum and training materials (PPT, handbooks, video materials), establishing ongoing training and evaluation mechanisms.

  • Follow up on training results, gather feedback, and consistently improve the team's online operations skills.

  • Manage and follow up on the promotional implementation timeline in the area.

  • Plan and produce content, including captions for WeChat friends, community groups, video content scripts, poster captions, etc.

  • Manage social media matrix operations and maintenance: Responsible for the operation and maintenance of matrix accounts in the area (TikTk, Wa-community, IG, etc.).

  • Summarize best practices and innovations in operations, sales, or user growth in the area.

  • Ensure head office operations strategies are implemented effectively and efficiently in the area through systematic skills training, detailed promotion tempo control, and high-quality content output.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory bilingual (Indonesia-English) or (Indonesia-Chinese).

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PPT, with strong public speaking and data visualization skills.

  • Able to provide training or direction regarding content to field teams.

  • Strong analytical and conclusion-making skills.

  • Kind, diligent, optimistic, and honest.
