Job Description:

  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations (for employees), operational vehicle that used by company or owner, and office boy/girl activity.
  • Arrange the distribution of tasks and work areas for office boys, operational vehicle drivers, kitchen staff, and warehouse staff according to the department's internal needs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to the procurement and use of goods/food ingredients, as well as the use of operational vehicles.
  • Kitchen:

  • Design menus and scheduling the purchase of food ingredients.

  • Coordinate with the work team to carry out regular inspections to ensure that inventory stock matches the system and to ensure stock data is always accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure that the work team carries out the FIFO process according to procedures to prevent expired stock.
  • Ensure that the workflow in the central kitchen and the preparation of employee meals run according to schedule, etc.

  • Transportation:

  • Ensure that administrative preparations for vehicle document renewals such as STNK, vehicle KIR inspections, and other legal vehicle documents run smoothly and meet reporting deadlines.

  • Ensure that the archiving of important vehicle documents such as BPKB, STNK, and other important papers is organized neatly and systematically, etc.

Requirement:

  • Min. education of a Bachelor's degree (open to all majors)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs Manager
  • Meticulous and agile in administrative and operational tasks
  • Preferably experienced in the MICE industry or other event-related companies
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Flexible to work during events, weekends and long shifts as needed
