About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MACTE-Certified Montessori Coordinator to join our team in Banten. As we are in the process of building a Montessori Teacher Training Center, this full-time role will play a key part in developing and overseeing the implementation of high-quality Montessori training and practice.
The Coordinator will ensure that the principles and standards of authentic Montessori education are consistently upheld across our teacher training programs and early childhood learning centres, while supporting the establishment and growth of the new training center.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the development and implementation of Montessori teacher training programs in line with MACTE standards.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to design course structures, training schedules, and assessment systems.
- Mentor and guide adult learners, fostering a deep understanding of Montessori philosophy and classroom practice.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with MACTE accreditation requirements.
- Coordinate with Montessori trainers, consultants, and partner schools to strengthen practicum and observation experiences.
- Support the setup of training facilities, materials, and resources for an optimal learning environment.
- Continuously review and enhance training programs to reflect best practices and current educational developments.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant educational regulations and standards
What we're looking for
- MACTE-certification in Montessori education with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- In-depth understanding of the Montessori philosophy and its practical application in early childhood settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with teachers, parents and the wider community
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities to support and develop the Montessori teaching team
- Proven track record of implementing high-quality Montessori programmes and driving continuous improvement
- Proficient in the use of technology to support Montessori teaching and learning
