About the IGNITE Internship Program

IGNITE is a standard 12-week internship at FedEx designed to give high-potential youth the opportunity to gain hands‑on exposure to the world of work.

Through real business projects, mentorship from experienced professionals, and curated learning experiences, this structured program is designed to help you learn, grow, and make a real impact from day one.

Explore our available Operations internship roles below. Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree from Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, are encouraged to apply.

Clearance
  • Support initiatives to improve clearance operational efficiency
  • Collect, validate, and analyse shipment data to enhance compliance, accuracy and customer experience
  • Assist in developing automation tools to streamline clearance processes
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at faster problem resolution and improved turnaround time
Sort Gateway
  • Support initiatives to improve operational processes and reduce manual work within Sort
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, inventory tracking, and reduce reliance on manual email communication
  • Analyse current processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies for improvement
  • Develop an automated reporting solution for equipment inventory records to improve process continuity cycles, cost control, and operational monitoring

  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • Able to commit for at least 12 weeks

Note: Open to International Students with valid student pass & VISA.
