Job Responsibilities

  • Create visual concepts and mockups for product and packaging designs.
  • Coordinate with vendor to finalize designs, from sampling to production.
  • Design creative assets for social media, website banners, catalogs, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute visuals that align with brand identity.
  • Respond to design requests from other departments as needed.
  • Assist in creating layouts and visuals for internal documents or corporate initiatives.
  • Create and manage various types of content, including articles, videos, infographics, photos, and social media materials.
  • Plan and oversee the creative production calendar to ensure timely delivery across all platforms.

Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing Communication, Journalism, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Proven professional experience in creative design, marketing communication, or corporate communication.
  • Strong ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with project goals and brand vision.
  • Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Skilled in content creation and editorial writing techniques.
  • Proficient in operating various types of cameras for creative production.
  • Excellent attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and time management skills.
