Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for an Admin Operations Support based in Greater Surabaya. The Admin Operations Support will handle a variety of tasks, including administrative assistance, maintaining accurate records, supporting finance-related processes, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role also involves providing excellent customer service support and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include assisting in data analysis and supporting operational strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including organization and record management
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with stakeholders
- Proficient Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and contributing to solutions
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Finance processes and operations
- Ability to adapt to on-site work environments and support team collaboration
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is preferred
