Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality copy for various content needs including social media captions, visual artwork, campaign materials, and other marketing collaterals.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure copy complements design and brand tone of voice.
- Adapt writing style to suit different platforms and audiences while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
- Generate ideas for engaging and impactful messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor, analyze, and create regular performance reports for social media platforms, highlighting insights and recommendations to optimize future content.
- Stay updated with trends in digital content, social media, and consumer behavior to keep copy fresh and relevant.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role in marketing, advertising, or digital media.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to write creatively and strategically across different formats (short-form captions, long-form content, ad copy).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and understanding of best practices for copy.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Basic knowledge of keyword optimization.
- Experience in a creative agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
