Job Description:

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment: job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling
  • Support HR administrative tasks (contracts, employee data, attendance, etc.)
  • Help organize and execute training & development programs
  • Maintain and update HR documents and files
  • Contribute to employer branding and internal communication initiatives
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Human Resources
  • Detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months
