Job Description:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment: job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling
- Support HR administrative tasks (contracts, employee data, attendance, etc.)
- Help organize and execute training & development programs
- Maintain and update HR documents and files
- Contribute to employer branding and internal communication initiatives
- Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field
- Strong interest in Human Resources
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months
