Job Description:

  • Prepare and update store data reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with construction units and agents for store design budget quotations and approvals.
  • Collect and organize store construction progress photos and related documents.
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably with experience in retail, operations, or administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is a strong advantage.
