Job Description:
- Prepare and update store data reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with construction units and agents for store design budget quotations and approvals.
- Collect and organize store construction progress photos and related documents.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably with experience in retail, operations, or administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Mandarin language proficiency is a strong advantage.
