Responsibilities

  • Remind customers to make a payment before the deadline.
  • After the due date, get in touch with consumers who are behind on their payments.
  • Contacting consumers directly to increase the efficiency of credit collection
  • Assisting consumers with payment services and educating customers on payment services.
  • Foster positive customer relationships.
  • Call consumers who still owe money each day to provide updates
  • Other works assigned by Leader

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least High School in any field
  • Good computer abilities (Internet, Microsoft Office),
  • Willingness to work shifts in accordance with company demands
  • Can work under pressure and meet the company target
  • Good Communication Skill
  • Able to work in individual and Team as well
  • Having Desk Collection Certificate by AFPI or equivalent more preferable (P2P Lending)
  • Follow the company rules and order
  • Willing to be placed at Juanda, Central Jakarta
