*Position Title*
Officer, Inflight Operations
*Report To*
Supervisor, Inflight Operation
*Role Purpose*
To provide full support for end-to-end catering operations for Fireflyz ATR aircraft in Subang, including catering loading and offloading, cart setup, stock management, equipment cleaning, vehicle handling, and onboard sales.
*Key Accountability*
- Prepare Amenities and Refreshment Carts: Stock and organize all amenities and refreshment carts for onboard service.
- Set Up Merchandise Sales Carts & Replenish Stock: Arrange sales carts and restock items for onboard retail.
- Transport Catering Items to Aircraft: Move catering supplies from the inflight warehouse to the aircraft.
- Assist with Aircraft Loading and Offloading: Help load and unload catering, merchandise, and other supplies.
- Prepare Catering Documentation: Complete checklists and crew delivery orders for catering items.
- Prepare Catering Equipment: Ready hot water urns, ice cubes, and spare leaflets for service.
- Clean Equipment: Wash and sanitize carts, ice cooler boxes, hot water urns, and other service equipment.
- Check Inflight Operation Vehicles Daily: Inspect vehicles used in operations for safety and readiness.
- Maintain Vehicles: Wash and perform basic maintenance on inflight operation vehicles.
- Handle Recyclable Items: Collect, compress, and organize recyclables from aircraft and vehicles.
- Load/Unload First Aid Kits: Rotate and manage onboard first aid kits to ensure they are complete.
- Monitor Seat Pocket Items: Ensure seat pockets have merchandise leaflets, safety leaflets, and multi-purpose stickers, and restock as needed.
*Qualification & Working Experience*
- Minimum of SPM, SPMV,DVM or Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Hospitality, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in airline operations, inflight services, or ground handling
*Areas of Experience*
Exposure to airline catering, aircraft handling, or inflight operations is highly desirable.

- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit for handling aircraft supplies and operational equipment.
- Strong understanding of airline operational procedures and inflight service protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with crew, catering teams, and ground staff.
