JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage E2E people process start from coordinating with vendor, recruitment, onboarding, monitoring, to offboarding. Employees coverage: Internship, 3rd party labor (Outsource), TKBM, Daily Labor for support Karawang plant all department, Drivers (include manage their schedule & petty cash), Analyze and interpret various types of 3rd party reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and MCU) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to their client group.
- Monitor and maintain the utilization budget and manage finance process (Invoice & Recap), related to: People (Internship, 3rd party labor, TKBP, Daily Labor, & Drives) and General Facility (canteen, locker room, parking area facility, sports field, music & gym, training room, extra fooding, office supplies)
- CSR Activity: Create forecast budget related to General Affairs, 3rd party and CSR budget annually.
- Monitoring Manpower Planning
- Monitor and maintain cleaning and gardening in the perimeter area inside Karawang Plant & Karawang Distribution Center
- Maintain general facilities inside Karawang Plant and coordinate with Distribution Center Karawang for communal facility
- Manage 3rd party employee in terms of capability, safety, leadership.
- Manage ToT and monitor to ensure the 3rd party employee capability and safety
- Supporting engagement activity implementation
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimal bachelor's degree, any major
- Fluent in English
- Highly motivated and energetic
- Knowledge & Experience: E2E HR Process and General Affair
- Skills: Communication, teamwork, collaboration, and analytical thinking
