  • Execute daily procurement activities including issuing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Source and compare supplier quotations to ensure competitiveness in price, quality, and service.
  • Maintain accurate and updated vendor records and assist in vendor onboarding and evaluation.
  • Support negotiations with suppliers on pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure all procurement processes comply with company policies, approval matrices, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and other departments for contract reviews, payment processing, and documentation completeness.
  • Monitor PO status and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs, specifications, and timelines.
  • Track inventory levels (if applicable) and proactively initiate replenishment processes.
  • Assist in forecasting procurement needs based on historical data and demand trends.
  • Maintain accurate procurement data in ERP or procurement systems.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, vendor performance, and operational KPIs.
  • Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding purchasing needs and procurement queries.
  • Provide timely updates and communication to ensure transparency and alignment with business requirements.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, or related administrative roles.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Ms Dynamics 365, or similar) preferred.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to compare costs, evaluate options, and support decision-making.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement policies, vendor management, and purchasing processes.
  • Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and strong sense of compliance.
