About The Role
We're looking for an
Office Management / GA Junior Staff
who will ensure smooth day-to-day operations of Seven Retail's Head Office. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and familiar with building operations — especially electrical and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all GA-related activities, including building maintenance, minor repairs, and renovation/mini projects.
  • Monitor and manage electrical systems, plumbing, and office utilities to ensure they run properly.
  • Supervise cleaning services and office facilities to maintain a neat and safe work environment.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Support internal company events and ad-hoc operational needs.
  • Manage vendor relations for maintenance, supplies, and services.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in General Affairs, Building Maintenance, or related operational role.
  • Basic understanding of electrical and facility systems.
  • Male candidates preferred, due to operational/field nature of the role.
  • Possess SIM A and can drive both automatic and manual cars.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
