What Will You Do- Design and develop greenhouse-based agricultural project concepts tailored to client needs (including scale, crop type, location, and budget).
- Create comprehensive master plans for agricultural infrastructure, covering greenhouse layouts, irrigation systems, ventilation, lighting, and climate control solutions.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (procurement, construction) to ensure agricultural designs are practical and feasible for field implementation.
- Conduct technical calculations related to material requirements, system specifications, and energy efficiency specific to agricultural operations.
- Provide technical support during client presentations and effectively communicate proposed agricultural solutions.
- Produce detailed CAD drawings or work collaboratively with drafting teams.
- Ensure all agricultural designs comply with local regulations and incorporate sustainable agriculture principles.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agrotechnology, or other related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience working specifically on agricultural projects, particularly in greenhouse farming, modern agriculture systems, or agricultural irrigation and environmental control.
- In-depth understanding of greenhouse technologies such as hydroponic systems, fertigation, automatic climate control, shading systems, and other precision agriculture tools.
- Able to develop both conceptual and technical designs (proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant design software).
- Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects in the agricultural sector is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in preparing detailed technical reports and delivering clear presentations to clients.
