Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR Generalist, preferably in a retail company
- Good knowledge of labor law, compensation & benefit, and HR operational processes.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and familiar with HRIS Talenta
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive attitude
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity
Job Description
- Handle employee data management, including personnel files, employment contracts, and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) updates
- Administer employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and contract renewals
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors related to HR services (e.g., BPJS, insurance providers, government institutions)
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement
- Perform calculation and reporting of employee income tax (PPh 21) in compliance with government regulations
- Handle BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan calculations and reporting, ensuring timely submission and accuracy
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative matters
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and filing of all HR-related records
- Monitor HR service metrics and assist in improving HR operational efficiency
