Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Project Management.
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT project management.
  • Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, as well as tools such as Jira, Trello, and MS Project.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP/POS systems in the F&B industry is an advantage.
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification is preferred.

Job Description:

  • Develop and oversee IT project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and risk management.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between IT teams, users, and vendors.
  • Standardize project management processes, including methodologies, templates, and documentation.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct evaluations and implement improvements in IT project execution.
