What You’ll Do
New Business Hunting
Identify, qualify, and close new B2B opportunities (mid to large enterprises)
Manage full sales cycle: discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → closing
Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound leads into paying clients
Conduct client visits and online meetings for demo, proposal, and negotiation stages
Prepare and deliver customized presentations and product demos for clients and partners
Partnership Development
Identify potential ecosystem partners (software vendors, agencies, distributors)
Pitch and structure mutually beneficial partnership models (reseller, referral, co-selling)
Maintain relationships with key partner accounts and monitor joint pipeline performance
Commercial Execution
Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline forecasts (HubSpot / equivalent)
Work with Account Managers and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding
Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue and partnership targets
2–4 years experience in B2B SaaS / technology sales or partnership roles
Strong hunter mentality — proactive, curious, and resilient
Experience building or managing partner networks is a big plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Comfortable with metrics, CRM tools, and pipeline tracking
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia & English
Strong ability to prepare and deliver persuasive presentations using Google Slides / PowerPoint
Creative in crafting sales narratives that connect client pain points with product value
Comfortable conducting onsite meetings and building strong relationships across regions
