have to make sure the verification and approval claim processes executed properly & thoroughly, also they need to encourage and implement innovations in process and services in Health Claim.
Job Descriptions
- Ensure: (a) Claim content (medical procedures, medical examinations, and medications) in accordance with policies' coverage plan; (b) Medical procedures, examination, and medications fee is in accordance with terms & conditions; (c) Claim content to hospitals or health provider (in accordance to policies' coverage plan)
- Giving out advice and medical recommendations for specific medical cases to companies based on received informations from hospitals or patient to suggest the best solutions.
- Encourage and implement innovations in process dan new services
- Make and implement TOD (Table of Duties) for team member based on work plan
- Monitor and evaluate team productivity in order to achieved agreed productivity targets.
- Lead health projects in Health Operation Division and suggest an improvement in health industry (for example: medical check-up system, claim process system, etc)
Placement: Head Office - Jakarta Selatan
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a Doctor
- Doctor with Occupational Specialist Certification (Sp. Ok) or Clinic Management/Hospital Administration Master's Degree are preferable
- Have a good understanding about clinic management will be a plus
- Great Logical & Analytical thinking
- Able to work as a team and manage a team
- Skilled at Microsoft Excel
