Responsibilities
  • Lead Organization Development (OD) in the first, including designing the organizational structure, job grading, HR policies, and SOPs for the new manufacturing plant.
  • Build HR systems and frameworks from zero, ensuring alignment with company strategy and future scalability.
  • Drive change management initiatives to support the setup and growth of the new joint venture.
  • Once operational, oversee end-to-end HR operations at the plant, including recruitment, industrial relations, payroll input, compliance, training, and engagement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law, BPJS, and employment regulations.
  • Partner with production and management teams to align manpower planning, performance management, and talent development.
  • Manage industrial relations and maintain positive employee–management relations.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through employee engagement, training, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with corporate HR and global stakeholders on strategic HR projects and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years at managerial level.
  • Proven expertise in Organization Development (OD), HR framework design, and change management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, and HR compliance.
  • Experience handling industrial relations and unions.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up HR systems and practices in a new project / plant startup is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English for cross-border communication.
