Job Summary

The HR Operations & Governance Supervisor ensures the effective implementation of HR systems, policies, and compliance across all Tavern Group entities and outlets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Supervise end-to-end payroll process (attendance validation, overtime, BPJS, tax, benefits, deductions, etc.).
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, timely payment, and proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with Finance for reconciliation

2. HR Compliance & Legal Documentation

  • Oversee employee contract management, renewal tracking, and legal documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain required reports for Disnaker, BPJS, and internal audit.
  • Support Head HRGA in handling disciplinary cases and internal investigations.

3. HR Governance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure all HR policies and SOPs are up-to-date, communicated, and implemented across outlets.
  • Conduct periodic internal audits to verify data integrity and process adherence.
  • Support the development of HR governance framework and risk control measures.

4. HR Systems & Data Management

  • Manage and ensure accuracy of HRIS data, employee database, and personnel files.
  • Develop HR dashboards and monthly reports (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, etc.).
  • Coordinate data needs for HRBP, Training, and Management Reporting.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all HR information.

5. Industrial Relations & External Liaison

  • Act as point of contact for government institutions (Disnaker, BPJS, etc.).
  • Prepare required documents for audits, inspections, and compliance verification.
  • Maintain good relations with relevant authorities and vendors.

6. HR Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies and propose automation or improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HRBP and Talent Acquisition to align HR operations with business needs.
  • Support Head HRGA in HR governance projects and strategic reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Law
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or compliance (preferably in F&B, hospitality, or multi-entity company).
  • Advanced Excel and HRIS proficiency.
  • Meticulous, structured, and discreet with sensitive data.
  • Strong coordination skill with cross-functional teams
