Job description:
- Manage the entire export and import process, including document preparation, coordination with forwarders, customs, and port authorities.
- Handle local logistics operations, including delivery arrangements, warehouse transfers, and related follow-up activities.
- Ensure all shipping activities comply with Indonesian regulations and meet the delivery schedule.
- Coordinate with the head office in China and domestic and overseas suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Ensure all export–import documents (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, PIB, PEB, etc.) are accurate and complete.
- Monitor and track shipments, and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
- Arrange and monitor shipping, insurance, and transportation costs, and evaluate logistics efficiency.
- Maintain good communication with third parties such as forwarders, warehouses, and government agencies (Customs, Quarantine, etc.).
- Prepare regular reports related to logistics activities and shipping expenses for management review.

Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics, Management, or Business Administration.
At least 3 years of working experience in export–import logistics.
Strong understanding of Indonesian export–import regulations and procedures.

Proficient in Mandarin and English
(both written and spoken) for communication with headquarters and suppliers.
Detail-oriented, communicative, and possess strong coordination and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
