Job Description Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business goals. Exercise decision-making authority as delegated by the company and take full responsibility for the results.
  • Collect and utilize essential information across the Group, Department, and Division, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all divisional operations.
  • Continuously identify "Kaizen Points" across Group, Department, and Division tasks or business models, and implement effective countermeasures for improvement.
  • Deeply understand the Company's strategy (Hoshin), support the development of the Division's strategy and long-term vision, and contribute to the achievement of divisional objectives.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in management or senior management roles within the procurement or supply chain industry.
  • Strong understanding of Management and Operational Control, with solid financial acumen — including budget management, profit and loss management, balance sheet control, foreign exchange management, and risk analysis — as well as familiarity with relevant Indonesian regulations (e.g., customs) related to clients business operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and experience in HR development, including talent acquisition, employee development, and building a productive organization.
  • Proficiency in English is essential. Japanese language ability is an advantage.

Job Description About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead procurement, sourcing, logistics, and export-import operations in a fast-growing multinational FMCG company.   • Proven leadership experience (5+ years) managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid knowledge of regulations, compliance, and risk management in logistics and import-export.

Job Description Company Description Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Manager at PT Raka Kirpa Nusantara, located in Tanjung Priok. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating TOP, and ensuring on-time delivery of RMPM and spareparts. Daily tasks include maintaining relationships with current suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and managing budgets. The purchasing manager will also need to be able to manage a team and expand supplier/vendor lists.

  • Market Research and Supplier Relationship Management skills
