What You'll Do:

Process and manage monthly payroll accurately and on time

Handle employee attendance, overtime, and leave data

Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax, and BPJS

Support HR data management and reporting

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/HR or related field

2+ years experience in payroll (manufacturing preferred)

Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized

Strong Excel skills & good communication in English
