Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Analyst located in West Java, Indonesia. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing operational data, preparing financial reports, ensuring customer service excellence, and providing accounting support. The role also involves communicating with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex data
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Experience in Finance and Accounting for preparing and analyzing financial reports
- Excellent Customer Service skills to address and resolve issues promptly
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in the dairy industry is a plus
