We are currently assist one of our client, an Indonesian company known for its products in the food and beverage industry. The company is renowned for producing a wide range of beverages, including beer, cider, and other alcoholic drinks.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager with a strong background in manufacturing industry to lead and manage our full-cycle recruitment process. This role will play a key part in building a high-performing team by attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles within the corporate and manufacturing operation.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both immediate and future workforce requirements.
  • Develop and execute recruitment campaigns that align with their brand and culture.
  • Oversee candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Utilize recruitment tools, job boards, social media, and other platforms for sourcing quality candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal recruitment policies.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Manage and mentor a small recruitment team, providing training and performance feedback.
  • Work closely with HR on onboarding and workforce planning strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Proven success in filling a variety of roles, from shop floor to senior management.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Tambun, Bekasi or Pademangan, North Jakarta.
