Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Development: Build and grow TECNO's fan community across TikTok and WhatsApp from scratch, categorizing groups by product line or region.
  • Fan Engagement: Identify potential users and core fans, initiate interaction through social media, and guide them to join official fan communities.
  • Community Management: Oversee daily group activities, plan engaging topics, organize online and offline events, and maintain a lively fan atmosphere.
  • Content Creation: Manage TECNO's TikTok fan account, including content planning, scripting, shooting, editing, and fan interaction through comments or messages.
  • Feedback & Insights: Collect fan feedback to continuously improve engagement strategies and strengthen community loyalty.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other duties assigned by supervisors related to fan engagement and brand promotion.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
  • Strong passion for social media, youth culture, and online trends.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok's ecosystem, memes, ACG (anime) culture, and digital community dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term fan relationships.
  • Basic content creation skills in copywriting, video shooting, and/or editing.
  • Prior experience in community management, social media, or campus organizations preferred.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp, TikTok, and Instagram usage and engagement styles.
