Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the entire security team across all assigned locations, ensuring the implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, incident reports, and strategic security recommendations.
- Develop and implement security plans tailored to each location's needs, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop preventive measures to address potential security threats.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and certifications, including maintaining all necessary team credentials.
- Respond effectively to emergencies, coordinating with clients, local authorities, and internal teams as needed.
- Manage and allocate security resources efficiently to ensure optimal coverage and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a security leadership role, preferably in a multi-location setup.
- Must hold a valid

certification. - Fluent in English (active)
