Job Qualification

·       Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.

·       Demonstrated interest in procurement, supply chain management, or purchasing administration.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·       Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and administrative capability.

·       Fluent in English, both oral and written.

·       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

·       Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

·       Willing to undertake an internship for a minimum duration of three (3) months.

Job Desctiption

·       Provide support in the administration of purchasing and procurement activities.

·       Collect, review, and compare quotations from vendors.

·       Prepare, maintain, and archive purchasing documentation.

·       Assist in coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding goods and service requirements.

·       Support the procurement team in project-related tasks and daily operational activities.
