Job Description:
Lead and oversee all sales and operational activities across all retail outlets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profit targets.
Establish and improve operational policies to ensure store efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and product performance to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure optimal stock availability, product display, and customer service quality in all stores.
Manage, train, and motivate area managers, store supervisors, and operational teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of senior managerial experience in the retail industry (fashion, FMCG, electronics, or similar sectors).
Strong knowledge of sales strategy, store operations management, and supply chain processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented, analytical, and capable of making strategic decisions.
Proficient in budget planning, performance reporting, and financial analysis.
