Role Description
As our
Warehouse Operations Sr. Specialist
, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of our warehouse—ensuring smooth operations, accurate order fulfillment, and efficient stock management. This role is key to keeping Aeris Beauté's supply chain running seamlessly, enabling us to deliver quality and reliability to our customers and partners.
You'll oversee warehouse staff, optimize processes, and monitor performance metrics to ensure that our warehouse operations not only meet but exceed business needs.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily order fulfillment activities.
- Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity and KPIs.
- Track and coordinate stock quantities for each warehouse order and plan channel requirements.
- Oversee supply ordering and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor return cases and implement processes to reduce human error.
- Manage KOL order fulfillment and support brand/marketing requirements.
- Conduct daily inspections of warehouse facilities, equipment, and fleets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and maintenance standards.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and support audit requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to align warehouse operations with business needs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a warehouse lead or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry/warehouse management systems.
