What You Will Do:

1.
Trade Promo Management (TPM) and Trade Promo Optimization (TPO)
:


•Deliver tools, processes and insights to drive promotional compliance and optimization.

2.
Revenue Growth Management:


•Deliver insights that drive strategic channel & customer approach and prioritization to drive incremental value.


•Deliver insights to drive mutually beneficial plans and initiatives for category growth and market share gain.


•Deliver insights to achieve highest distribution, value and coverage for our products with existing or new RTM (full transparent sales P&L).

3.
Channel and Customer Profitability:


•Analyze and provide insight / recommendation on customer financial health and proactively align the action plans with sales team.


•Provide understanding of profitability driver both from commercial (price & trade spend) or logistics (cost to serve).

4.
Trade Spend Analysis


•Analyze and provide insight / recommendation on trade spend compared to budget, rolling forecast, and last year


•Continuously drive trade spend optimization to bring higher value creation.

Requirements:


•Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position.


•Minimum bachelor's degree, majoring Accounting, Business Management, Economics or Statistics.


•Expert in Trading Terms.


•Understand Route to Market, Price Hierarchy, and Sales Operations.


•Familiarity in Order to Cash Process and Total Cost to Serve.
