The Treasury & Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the company’s treasury operations, accounting functions, and financial control to ensure accurate financial reporting, effective cash management, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial stability and supporting business decision‑making through strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Treasury Management
    • Oversee daily cash flow operations and ensure sufficient liquidity for business activities.
    • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions for credit facilities, loan administration, and investment management.
    • Review and approve all fund transfers, payments, and bank reconciliations.
    • Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize fund utilization and minimize financial risk.
    • Monitor banking costs, interest rates, and negotiate favorable terms with financial partners.
  • 2. Accounting & Financial Reporting
    • Lead the accounting team in maintaining accurate and timely financial records.
    • Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and company policy.
    • Review and approve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Coordinate with auditors (internal and external) and ensure audit readiness.
    • Oversee tax reporting, accruals, and financial adjustments.
  • 3. Budgeting & Forecasting
    • Collaborate with business units to prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results and provide management with insights and recommendations.
    • Support management decision‑making with accurate and timely financial data.
  • 4. Compliance & Internal Control
    • Ensure all financial activities comply with internal policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.
    • Develop and maintain robust internal control systems to prevent errors and fraud.
    • Support implementation of financial systems and process improvements.
  • 5. Leadership & Team Management
    • Supervise and develop treasury and accounting teams to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to ensure professional growth and capability building.
    • Foster collaboration between finance, operations, and management teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in cash flow management, financial reporting, and audit coordination.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting standards, and banking procedures.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and results‑oriented.
