Responsibilities

  • Develop and align integrated trade calendar for seasonal and tactical campaigns.
  • Monitor execution of promotions, bundling programs, and brand visibility across offline outlets, mall activations.
  • Coordinate with E-Commerce Manager, Retail Operations, and Marketing team to ensure consistent brand presence and seamless customer experience across channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance (offline traffic, online sales, conversion, ROI) and provide insights for future improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between trade partners (mall, retail tenant) and e-trade partners (marketplace, delivery apps) to secure strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in trade marketing and e-commerce trade in retail or F&B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of both retail trade activation and online marketplace dynamics.
  • Experience in campaign monitoring, sales reporting, and cross-channel integration.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
