About the RoleYou’ll lead the Mitra engineering team to build scalable, reliable, and high-quality platform solutions. The role focuses on driving technical strategy, mentoring engineers, and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. You’ll also oversee system performance, integration, and delivery using modern engineering and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor Mitra engineering teams to drive technical excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality process and delivery.
- Define and implement technical strategies, architecture, and best practices aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security by adopting modern infrastructure and engineering standards.
- Manage team hiring, career development, and resource planning to build a high-performing engineering organization.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and process improvement to enhance team efficiency and impact.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant major fields.
- Minimum 4-6 years work experience in Engineering team management and platform development.
- Software Engineering & System Architecture – Leading the development of scalable and efficient systems for Mitra services.
- API & Platform Integration – Ensuring seamless integrations with third‑party systems and internal platforms.
- Agile Development & DevOps – Managing CI/CD pipelines, version control, and cloud deployment strategies.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Leveraging analytics to improve system performance and customer experience.
- Leadership & Mentorship – Coaching and developing engineers to enhance productivity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Aligning engineering efforts with business and product goals.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Quickly addressing technical challenges and operational bottlenecks.
